"I have been parking here for over 4 years. The staff Carlos, Nestor and Carlos Diaz, were the most efficient and professional attendants. There is a replacement for the day manager, Carlos, who left your company; this replacement is the most rude, poorly mannered and inefficient individual you could have possibly placed in that spot. He had people waiting in line for at least 10 minutes while he took his sweet time to park the cars, with the worst attitude. SP Plus should really consider keeping and maintaining their experienced staff and investing the resources to properly train staff that are expected to work with the public. SP Plus is not the only parking garage in New York City and definitely far from the best. I will definitely not be using your services going forward."

"Picked up my car tonight and it was keyed, scratched, and dented. No one would help me, they provided a number that does not work and everyone stood there looking at me and my damaged car. Why would I bring a car of 4 months damaged to this degree to park it for a few hours. The service is terrible a s ask yourself why it's cheep. The disappointment is frustrating."
