The lady at the desk was nice to my dad, but my father was upset because the lady that answered the phone said he couldn't turn in his car earlier than the appointment. But when I called, another lady said turning it in an hour or so earlier was fine. Car came back fine, I don't know a whole lot but it looks like an okay place."
