"The low rating is not a mistake! They used my personal property to run errands, move etc and left all of it in my trunk in error. With the name and address of the person. You don't need to add mileage and add dtuff to the truck just to fix a front bumper! I'm so angry with these people! The work is not even done right but I'm just calling geico because I'm not going back there."

"Nice dude talked to my dad. Being spanish made it easy-going. The lady at the desk was nice to my dad, but my father was upset because the lady that answered the phone said he couldn't turn in his car earlier than the appointment. But when I called, another lady said turning it in an hour or so earlier was fine. Car came back fine, I don't know a whole lot but it looks like an okay place."
