"Attendant stole my beats headphones!! When I got back to my car, my car was parked on the side in view, I tried to open the door so my little daughter could sit while I paid, and my car was locked, they had the key, so I know it was them. Once I paid, got my keys and drove off, about 5min later I looked down at the middle console where the headphones were and they were gone."

"no manners whatsoever? so when I came in, I had a reservation on iPark. And the parking attendant said let me see if we have room. I have a reservation. Why do you guys say you have a bitand the parking attendant said let me see if we have room why do you guys say online that you have room when you don’t I eventually confronted the guy about this and he let me in. So when I came back two days later to pick up my car, I gave the card back and they said I owe them $120 even though I paid it online and had to call my cell phone and show them the receipt shouldn’t it be shown on your records?"

"If i could give 0 stars i would. I brung my car in and specifically told the MANAGER not to put my windows down because i had just got my car tinted. I go pick up my car 8 hours later and my driver seat window in fully down. I had to pay full price for my parking along with fixing my tint that began to peel. ( no reimbursement what to ever for my window tint). There was also a sticker on the window buttons saying DO NOT TOUCH."

"Advertised as 24 hours both online and at the entrance, but actually closes at midnight. When I told the attendant I’d be back at 1:30 he just said ok and did not bother to mention that, leaving us stranded in Manhattan in the middle of the night. Absolutely negligent."

"I used this parking garage Thanksgiving Eve because the police had blocked off almost all the roads for the upcoming Thanksgiving Parade (which I was totally unaware of). Yes, it was a bit expensive (I paid $41 for ~8 hours) but I was prepared because of the holiday and I was desperate. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They let me go back to my car to unload some stuff an hour before leaving. They had the car parked in a very accessible area, perhaps with my request in mind. One, if not, the best parking garage experience I've had in NYC."
