"I went to Icon parking garage May 12, 2022 from Pennsylvania, they explaining in a professional way that the difference from the price posted on the board is the tax that is so much. Both workers were very professional overall and took me right on time even when the garage was almost full. On my way back to pick up the car, didn't see the two guys since I wanted to give them a tip but ended up tipping anyways to the guy who later gave me the car back. On the other hard, the workers in the garage Hampton Court around the corner can't or don't want to explain anything about how much are the taxes and just want you to paid like if you were rich. Very disappointed with their professionalism, like if I have read their mind on what they mean."
