"Not bad of a place if you are looking for a quick "exterior" wash. Went for a car wash, and it came out, ok. I thought i would receive the full service, but they have different prices for different services, so check real good before anything. They drive your car into the wash, and you're told to go thru the store to the other end and wait for your car. That's nice and all, but you don't get to see your car getting washed. Like most places i've been to, you can see your car getting washed thru a big window, right from inside of the store. However, this place doesn't have that. You'll never know what settings the car wash put for your car. I paid for a regular wash, and i thought i was getting a regular full car wash. That wasn't the case. Heck, i didn't even get a vacuum. I paid $9.00 and no vacuum. Whats going on here? Anyway, their store has a lot of air fresheners and a few car accessories. They also have an electronic payment machine where you ring yourself up and pay. Crazy. In the end, car was washed, but I had a lot of soap still in between the door jams and hinges. Had to remove it myself."

"Went for car wash thinking that I will have a good service. Inside the car they placed the mats wet. I ask for a manager everyone keeps telling me that go over there….go over there. I spoke to a manager regarding the issue he said, this is Not in the service. Com sense when placing a wet mats it will give a bad odor smell to the carpet.This is not the first time this car wash is given me problems. I felt discriminated for whom I am LBGT,! I am decent person with well manners. Such a bad experience I went trough. I will never recommend this company to anyone!! This is not right at all!!! By the way I had to go home with the mats wet. The manager never corrected the issue.which I paid $28 dollars. ZERO STARS!!! This was a nightmare."

"I was put on to this car wash by a friend of mine. So I went and I'm usually wary of car washes because you don't usually get what you paid for or at least that's been my experience. Now this is definitely not the case here. They do a great job with the interior which is the main part I care about. The exterior always looks great so I make it a habit to visit anytime I'm in the Bronx and need my car washed."

"The place is a waste of money if I have ever seen one not only was the staff cold and lacked customers service skills, the job done cleaning my car was horrible. The outside of the car was unfinished with dirt spots on the bumpers, wheels and roof. The cars wasn't dried completely which left wet spots and the interior looked like they didn't even touch it. Please if you work for your money and you don't want to spend it for no reason go somewhere else. I'm headed to another car wash not so they could actually clean the car. A waste of $16.10 ($10.10 + $5 tip) smh"

"I have been coming here for several years. Can truly say they are one of the best car washes in the Bronx! Management and staff are very courteous and friendly and always do a great job. Adrian, the manager is always very attentive and professional and you can tell that they care about their customers."
