"The basics of parking work fine. But 1) $27 for overnight parking seems kind of expensive, but given the MC Hotel charges $45 for valet parking and Montclair doesn't allow overnight parking on the street, a visitor is stuck paying this much, 2) the payment machines are finicky, not working with some credit cards or not printing receipts, and 3) there are constantly gas cars parked in EV charger spots (see pics), so either management doesn't care or those are managements' cars."

"Among the worst garages I've ever parked in. Construction tape and cones everywhere, to the point I was questioning whether the building was architecturally sound. Every area was barely/dimly lit. Unclear/contradictory signage and paint. I would not ever park with this company again, especially at this garage."

"Have parked here many times and it will never print a receipt. I have used the call button and they come out and tell me, "it's out of paper" every single time. This is ridiculous, my company will pay me for expenses, but only if I have a receipt. If you cannot provide a receipt of services, you cannot charge people. I will have to dispute these charges with my credit card."

"I would personally like to meet the person who designed one of the worst parking garages I ever parked in. 1. There must be a shortage on lights since there were about a whole 20, if that, lighting up the garage. I warn everyone to travel in groups if parking in this garage. 2. What's with the low ceiling height? Standard SUVs shouldn't feel that they might lose the roof of their car while parking. 3. Hardly any visitor parking. Most spaces are blocked off for valet or residents. Basically your only choice is to park on the roof. Do yourself a favor and find a different garage to park in."

"Every time it rains outside it rains inside. , dripping an mixture of water and paint. It’s not only bad for aesthetics but also safety hazard as it blurs the windshield. It’s more than just an inconvenience now. I’ve heard the garage management tried to do some half hearted repairs, but it’s only getting worse, which reminds me of the Surf Side incident in Florida. In sum, don’t park here."
