"I’ve been using this car wash for many years and they have been progressively going downhill over the years. Yesterday was the worst. I requested the Gold package which is $65. I keep my car VERY clean - no kids or pets- so the Gold package is more than it actually needs but I figured they will do a very good job. When I got in the car to leave I noticed that the front dash still looked dusty and I could see some debris around the mats. I have leather seats and the laser cut mats. I didn’t think much about it and was in a hurry to an appointment so I left. Later that day I went to supermarket and opened the back door to put groceries in and the back looked like they didn’t do a thing to clean it. The seats were still dusty, arm rests all dusty, floor mats looked like they weren’t washed. Doors also weren’t wiped down. They had very little cleaning to do in a practically clean car and they couldnt even do that properly. They didn’t even have to do my trunk because I had items in there and told them not to do it. This place is becoming a rip off. I will be calling and asking for a refund or a free wash and interior cleaning again."

"If I could give this car wash a ZERO I would! The absolute WORST car wash experience I've have ever had. They did not vacuum under the mats nor between the seats, the dirt was still there. They did not wipe down ANYTHING inside the car, WHICH I DID PAY FOR [$40]. All the dust was still there when I got back to my car and the even the OUTSIDE of the car was STILL DIRTY after going through their mechanical car wash. The "Team Leader" told me if I wanted the inside done better then I should have paid more, [$80], the for Presidential cleaning... WHAT.... THE.... HECK! I will NEVER go back to this awful car wash again."

"Man, it bums me out to leave bad reviews like this, especially for a place where I've been a regular customer for years, but I feel like I don't have a choice. I've come here for years because it was the best car wash around - even after we moved half an hour away, I'd make the trip up because my car came out cleaner here than any of the local ones closer to me. But on my visits over the last six months: 1. The left from rim of my car has been damaged two times going through the wash (original manufacturers wheel). See the picture below. This has NEVER been an issue with this car or wheels going back to 2020, but has now happened twice in a few months. I'm not sure if it's human error, or something is wrong with the rail that moves the car through the wash. Management never responded to any e-mails about it, which is why I feel like I need to warn others. If you have nice rims, go elsewhere. 2. The windows have been so dirty after the wash, I've needed to purchase my own glass cleaner and microfiber towels to be able to see out of them after. See below for a picture of my back window a few hours after getting a wash. Not sure if they're not cleaning the towels, or going cheaper on the cleaning product or what. But I shouldn't have to re-clean my car again when I get home just to see out safely. Tl;dr: Just look at the pictures. They speak for themselves."

"I used to go to this car wash all the time many years ago. I just moved back to the area and brought a car in. You can tell it was cleaned because there was a lot more loose dirt on the rugs but if the inside was actually sprayed and wiped down I wouldn’t have these spots. And if they didn’t just do a 10 second vacuum of the mats all the loose dirt would’ve came up. Also they stepped on my back seats to clean the roof and left their footprints. This place owes me money I just wasted because I’m about to wipe everything down myself."

"I try not to leave bad reviews and generally happy with most services I receive, but for the price paid and service received it wasn’t a match compared to other vendors in the area. The carpeting, dashboard and console were still very dusty/dirty. The windows had streaks on them. There was still dirt, marks (that could easily be removed if cleaned properly) on the car. Not the best experience."
