"I have been using this gas station for 4 years and I’ve never been charged credit card prices when I used my debit card until tonight. I will be reporting this to the New York State attorney General. I have been doing some reading and it is not allowed by Federal Law."

"I’ve been gassing up at this station for 9 yrs. I always use a debit card and the last time I gassed up the pump automatically charged 10 cent for credit. I told the attendant and he said debit is credit which is not the case. The pumps have cash = credit stickers on them. The bottom line is they are ripping us off in more ways then one. I emailed corporate and they said their stations are independent and the can do what they want. I will never use any shell products going forward. Shame on you shell just another corporate greed company."

"Worst customer service. Attendee banging on my car after id been parked for less than 2 mins, rushing me to use gas and i am 8 months and 3 weeks pregnant and its not easy for me to move. There were no cars waiting in front of me or behind me and other pumps were available to be used. His name is rigoni or something...too rude to give a name and threatened the police on me. I have spent too much money there...sad but ill never go back."
