"Booked parking via spothero for a nearby NYRR running race. I had no issues and the attendant was very nice. However, they were not capable of handling the extra volume and people with reservations were turned away. So just as a precaution for this garage in particular, a spothero reservation does not guarantee you parking. Be warned!"

"Yves, the carribbean man that works there is a very disrespectful, arrogant, rude and condescending attendant and manager. I paid for parking on Spothero. When I got there in the morning to park, Yves aggressively approached me while I was entering the garage and abruptly stopped me. He asked me if I had paid for parking. I said yes. He asked me if I had paid for SUV and to show him how much I paid for. I told him I had paid $116. He was so nasty with his questions and disposition. He never said anything about how much I paid for parking after I showed it to him on the app. When I came back 5 days later to pick up my car I was told by the attendant on duty I had to pay 50 dollars extra as their rates was different from what I paid on Spothero. I told the man that it was odd as I entered and exited the garage within the time frames that I booked. I called Spothero who told me to go ahead and pay as they will reimburse me. After I exited, the Spothero customer rep told me they wrongly charged me SUV which in this case my car was smaller than what Yves the nasty thief had put in the system. Do not go to this garage if you can avoid it. Yves is the nastiest. I wonder how he feels after wrongly charging people, not telling customers upfront that he is charging them extra and then asking what time they will pick their vehicle up to determine whether he will or will not be there to endure any confrontation when they pick up their vehicle. Shame on you Yves. You are a coward, and a thief. Keep it up and this business will go down."
