"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Rude workers and even ruder manager. They hang up the phone while you’re mid sentence with them and make rude comments to you. When I tried to cancel my subscription because I wouldn’t stand for their rude customer service, they ended up charging me twice. Even when I told them multiple times that I had already paid and even showed the proof on my credit card that I had paid, they held my car until I was forced to pay twice. Absolutely HORRIBLE."

"Very rude supervisor, unprofessional . Worst experience. I came in and was told I can do an online reservation which would be 5 dollars cheaper. I the supervisor already had printed out a ticket. He didnt cancel that ticket and issued me the same one . I came back to pick up my csr, and was told that I have to call the online service to cancel payment and pay the extra fee because they failed to notify me that they needed the code for the online reservation. I spoke with the supervisor on the phone, and he was very nasty. This is no way in dealing with people and doing business... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE"
