"Last year I parked my car there for about 36 hours not 48 hours they charged me for 2 days. That was in July of 2021. When I spoke to the so called boss on the phone he was very nasty , very unprofessional and he thinks it is okay to talk to another grown man like a child . His tone was disrespectful and condescending. I also find it very unprofessional to start speaking Spanish on the phone , not knowing if I can speak or understand the language. I felt disrespected and needed to ensure he was telling him how I felt and expressing my concerns correctly. Now let me speed you up to the other morning, I parked my car at 9:15 pm the night before and I got up to the place before the time ,there was another car already in the drive way and the worker was there took extremely long to open the door and was dealing with a previous customer, by the time he punched the ticket in it said 9:19 am. Now, can anyone explain how a minute over the time in which was not my fault, turned out be a 24 hour rate? I can assure you I was only there for 12 hours and 4 minutes. I would say this as a business owner, please hire peoples that are not unprofessional , know that the customer's come first. Without customers, you have no business at all. The sign says they charged by the hour not by the minute. So, basically if you are 1 minute over the 12 hours mark they are charging you for 24 hours."
