"What a scam….if I could give it less than zero stars I would. Got back from down the shore with my family and decided to get my truck cleaned up from the sand…now mind you, I keep my truck IMMACULATE. however, after a week at the beach, sure it’s going to be a little dirty. I get the “mini detail” and the guy circles King + and writes mini next to it and proceeds to tell me it’s going to take 30 minutes. I figured as much for a “mini detail” but little did I know he was including the drive through the wash. I parked my truck at 1:15 after waiting for 10 minutes for a spot to open up because there were at least 3 other customers who were also unhappy with the condition of their vehicle after the wash. At 1:27 one of the workers waves me over to tell me my vehicle is done. After a quick inspection the truck was absolutely filthy! Mind you when I spoke to the clown who took my 100 dollars, who I can only assume is a manager and said hey man I paid 100 bucks and the windows are dirty, looked like it hasn’t been touched and I was literally scraping dirt off the bumper with my hand he proceeds to tell me that it’s only a wash and wax on the outside. So I said, ok but I have no interior dressing either? I get more with the king + why would I get this? Full disclosure, I did use some expletives as I was severely upset but at no point in time were they personally directed at him. I was just voicing my frustration after getting the runaround. So we move on to the interior which he tries to tell me they “shampooed” (which they most certainly did not because I watched them the entire 12 minutes) and then tell me that the little bit of dog hair on the back of my backseat wouldn’t come out because I have to get it shampooed!!! Which one is it pal? Did I get the shampoo or did I not?! Tells me that interior dressing isn’t included in the mini detail which it is clearly in the mini detail box. There’s more dirt and dust on my dashboard from those overused rags that they don’t clean….i am disgusted and WILL NEVER use this place again. They were good for a long time but like other people stated in reviews, service has really gone downhill lately. This isn’t the first time I’m not 100% satisfied but this is the worst occurrence. I understand it’s busy but to just do away with quality to pump people through and take my 100 dollars for a mediocre car wash and vacuum is utterly ridiculous. What a joke, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or do it yourself."

"Paid $45.00 for full service wash and spray, ceramic spray. Noticed spots all over the passenger side. I called the guys over to fix and he said they tried to get them off but couldn't and they would need the car longer. I said how much longer ...30 minutes, and I said what's the cost....150.00 I need a detail. I didn't argue I just left. My car has the ceramic coating so just a little elbow into it would remove...which is exactly what I did when i got home I rubbed it out in a few minutes myself. I had planned on coming back after a wonderful conversation with owners son but not now with the lack of attention to detail and employees attitude."

"They did a great job cleaning my car. I was very much pleased with their service. I can't complain they did an awesome job the smell was gone the floors and the mats were greatly done! Thank you so much to everyone that help with the cleaning up of my vehicle and thank you to Orlando. I recommend."

"The quality of service has fallen so low in recent times. No matter what package or add ons you get, the results are mediocre at best. When I first came here in 2019 the quality of service was really great. Royal Touch was my favorite car wash until now. Despite lower quality, I have continued to come here when I needed a wash. Until now. They leave big, noticeable spots of dirt on the doors, bumpers, and sometimes won’t even go to the very front of the vehicle to clean. The low parts matter too. Their $10 spray wax is watered down and they don’t care to apply it everywhere. They have often skipped applying to areas like the very front or rear of the vehicle, and getting low to the bottom. Today the final straw was damage to my interior. They broke off parts of the passenger seat railing covers, leaving them in the rear foot well. There was also a detachment of the rain sensor cover on my windshield. That takes some force to do as the clips are strong. Furthermore my inspection sticker was disintegrated and peeled. Lastly, the rubber mats were placed back into the vehicle while they were still wet on the underside."

"HORRIBLE!!!!! If you want to waste your money this is the place to come to. They left my car so dirty and when I told the “manager” Orlando about it he said they don’t actually clean the inside of the car, they only “dust” it and that I should go to another car wash so they can do it better. He didn’t offer to touch up any of the spots I was showing him. This was my go-to spot for a long time and they used to be good but man did they spiral down big time. The past several times that I have been here - after they “finished”, I still had to take the rag and vacuum and do the cleaning myself! What am I paying for? I really wanted to give them a fair chance but today was the final draw especially with the way the manager handled the situation. I will never, ever, ever come back to this place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - not even if it was free. Also - I read a response from management on another post. The customer said they missed spots and the management said “you need a mini detail”. Yeah lol - no! What you need is to get what you paid for “interior/exterior wash” like the price list sign says. They need to wipe things down appropriately and vacuum appropriately. Again - this place sucks. Service sucks and management is even worse."
