"Guy’s please don’t order from this company these people are horrible the service is trash the owner Vanie is very rude unprofessional and very disrespectful she do not know how to speak with customer and they robb you with your oil. I ordered oil last Friday 1/19/24 she call me at 10:00 pm in the night to deliver oil i did not accept it because weren’t home she said the deliver on Saturday no one came i call the office on Monday to find out what’s going on and she became very unprofessional with me like if she is doing me a favor am giving her my business which she don’t appreciate so guess what i told my business elsewhere they are the losers and i am the winner that’s what you get for being unprofessional as an so call owner so people be careful with theses people they are also very very overpriced. Horrible horrible and unprofessional company"

"I wish it had no stars like the last costumer said because they are a scam in oil company because they received heap for my household they deliver oil one time to me under the heap program and the second time they said they can’t come in because I’m on a dead end so I asked them to refund the money and a whole year and some. They haven’t refunded it yet. The owner is never there so they claim, when heap wrote them to send another check, she called and act like she can get the oil delivered, but still held on to the rest of the money. This company is garbage."

"More like Zero Star Fuel Corporation. I wish there was a no star review because this company deserves it for horrible customer service! I've been a custumer of Seven Star for over 20yrs. This past week I've been lead on for days to believe I'd receive a fuel delivery. For 20yrs I've paid my bill on time and never accumulated an outstanding balance. Yet, this fuel corporation decides to put it's loyal customers on the back burner."

"I have been a customer since 2003 no complaints they going to deliver. The price is reasonable, and if you are a loyal customer they work with you and giving you a lower price. As for communication with customer is great."
