"I was denied purchase of powerball tickets by a prejudice worker that tried embarrassing me to the person he was on the phone with in a foreign language. This is all because I picked up extra win 4 and number slips to organize my 40 plus midday and evening numbers I play on a daily. He was being condescending and belittling then when I handed the slips to be played he laughed in my face and said “are you playing, I don’t know why you give that to me” then proceeded to laugh with the person he was on the phone with. The disrespect is consistent with these nationality of bp employees."

"PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES AND MACHINES. DISRESPECTFUL. I've been driving longer than the cashier's lifetime and the lady is telling me I made the mistake of selecting premium gas instead of regular for my UBER vehicle. They charged me extra $12 and were blaming me as if I haven't paid and loaded gas for years. The gentleman and lady both were not cooperating stating that they will check the machine but how do I lose $12 because THEIR machine charged me the WRONG PRICE AND GAS. They ignored me and failed to check my machine or receipt claiming it was my fault. PURE GARBAGE SERVICE who failed to even try but rather take your money without hesitation. If the owner wants to contact me, please do because this is easily a civil case damaging my car and stealing my money. All you had to do was listen."

"I paid by debit card $20 for gas, you took all my money off my card. I am a single mother, it don't easy for some of us. I guess I'm one of them. I tried to contact the gas station to figure out when you was going to clear the transaction so I can have my money and I can't get in contact with anyone. I don't live in a Bronx, am I supposed to come back over there to see you. With the gas that I just paid for? I'm trying to call I hope you see this."

"this is in response to the last review, I'm really sorry for what happened at this station, too bad we cant help the response time of the police and how they handle things. I'm attaching some links for you to see the video or maybe even download it. I'm surprised why the police didn't show you the videos. But I can see in the videos our cashier did everything he could have considering he was inside a bullet proof cabin. As you lost your phone along with your car he gave you a phone to call the police. Once again I'm truly sorry for the experience you had to go through but lets not not falsely accuse someone who is honestly trying make a living. "At 1: 00 a.m. on February 9th, 2022, when I was refueling here, I was robbed of my car directly, and the refueling gun was pulled off. At that time, I was dragged by the car for a few steps, so I was glad that I didn't get any harm. I immediately ran into the store to call the police for help, but the people in the store did nothing but let me call the police myself. I waited three hours for the police to arrive! Then the police went into the monitoring room for a long time before letting me watch the video. Finally, the video that I saw was the video that had been artificially cut off after the incident! This makes me seriously suspect that this gas station is working with the car robbers! It's too scary."
