"I've parked here monthly a couple of times, and up until til now it's been fine, but I couldn't access my car today. Initially I've been calling an hour in advance to get my car as per instructions from one of the attendants since the text system didn't work for me before. Last night I called to arrange to grab my car this morning, guy tells me to call this morning an hour ahead, and when I call for a 7am pickup at 6 I'm told it's buried all the way in the back and won't be accessible til 9. He says I needed to text the night before, which the guy last night didn't tell me. So I'm stuck. It's not a lift garage where they can bring it down, this is ground level and the cars are piled in so it's car Tetris. The attendants are not on the same page; some tell me to use the text system, some tell me to call, some want an hour's notice, some need three. Even planning this out meticulously on my end isn't a guarantee because I guess it's dependent on who's there. I'm not knocking the guy I talked to today, my car was completely blocked in. They've taken care of my car fine, and I haven't run into a problem before this other than mixed messaging. But I don't know what else to say really, if you can't get your car it kind of defeats the purpose of paying so much to put it there."
