"WARNING DO NOT PREPAY FOR PARKING I prepaid for parking- when I showed up the lot was full, the attendant turned me away and would not assist in a refund. I’m disputing the charge on my card and struggling to get in touch with the MPG office. 7/13/24 update- I tried calling them day of 7/6, and left a VM as they were OOO. I emailed their info@ & Jamel@ addresses- but they have not attempted to respond."
"Avoid if possible. Had a pair of AirPods stolen out of my car while parked— obviously someone took the time to search as they were hidden in storage compartment."
"Yankees game had the place full and it was clear they had nowhere near enough staff to manage the after game demand for parked cars we waited over an hour to get out"
"I made a reservation on MPG’s website and everything went well. My spot was available, my vehicle was handled properly and the service was quick and efficient (albeit the staff a little rude). Yesterday night I got worried after reading the reviews here that I had made a mistake with my reservation. However, keep in mind that this is just a parking garage. If everything goes at it should, the majority of people aren’t going to leave a good review. So I wouldn’t worry too much about leaving your car here, everything was perfectly fine"
"I strongly encourage that you do NOT park with this company at this location. I had reserved and paid for a spot online in advance, through the company itself. Upon arrival, they were refusing entry to multiple cars ahead of us. As we approached the entry to the deck, they just shook their heads and waved us to go elsewhere without ever approaching us to ask if we had a reservation. Once we got out and told them we had a reservation, they did not ask to see their own confirmation information and said we need to go elsewhere. No mention of a refund. They told another person who was arguing with them that they allegedly only have 20 spots and once it’s full, it’s full. That defeats the point of booking in advance. Still no mention of refund. Eventually one of the workers told me to park on the street in front, where it was painted yellow as a no parking/ticket zone. He promised me he would make sure I didn’t get ticketed, as if I would 1- break the law on their advice, 2- trust them to look out for me after already scamming me. He waved me off to my car and eventually said they’d refund me, but did so at a distance and without ever seeing my reservation to be able to do so. It seems this business’ plan is to lure you in with affordable “parking” in advance, take the pre-paid money from you, allow other suckers to pay a higher price and still park there, then leave you hanging while your credit card information sits in their corporate systems. Only if you pitch a fit will they even mention a refund. They waved off multiple other cars behind us who had their reservation info printed without looking at it to issue a refund. Sorry to assume they won’t be getting it as their corporate office does not answer the phone during weekday business hours."
