"Came back from my 12 hour shift to a dent on my passenger side door that was not there on drop off. Attendant when questioned had nothing to say and told me to come back when a manager was there. Attendant at drop off at 6:30 was asleep and took 5 min of me knocking on the window to wake him up. Never parking here again."

"Dropped of the car in the morning , came to pick it up only to find out their credit card machine was not working. Had literally two dollars less than what I owed in my pocket, they would not except it, and I did not have my debit card with me. Offered to leave my cc card info with them they refused. A very nice bystander lent me to the money... a report to better business bureau is on the way."

"If I could give them less stars I would. When I parked my 2018 leased car they didn’t mark any damage on my vehicle (which I had a bent license plate in the front, minor scratches on each bumper from NYC drivers who can’t park, & a few scratches on the left hand side door - I paid for extra coverage for these things). After returning from work at the Children’s Hospital and paying a $38 fee, I noticed a dent on the right side of my car by my front tire. When I told them (Manuel Baez and Eddy Abreu) I didn’t come with that damage they ran and marked it off as though I did. When I mentioned all the other damages I could actually lie about, they were stuck. They refused to give me a refund and told me to call their manager Ervin Gator the next day between 8-4. Before I could get words out of my mouth (not only was he aggressive, argumentative, and yelling at me) he told me that I was a liar, trying to get them to pay for old damage, that they would at minimum not even refund me. Ultimately saying that because he’s a man who lives, sleeps, and breathes cars he knows my vehicle better than me. He then proceeded to tell me “I’m too busy for this.” and hung up on me. SO unprofessional and disgusting. Will never do business with them again. Please beware of the lack of customer service you’re committing to when doing business with them. Save yourself the headache!!"
