"Lazy staff who just look like they’re cleaning. Your car will still have dirt, interior will just get vacuumed, your sunroof will still be dirty, and your door jambs will still be dirty. These guys just wet your car and say they’re done. I don’t even bother with asking for the interior wash anymore because there’s always still a mess. Go to the gas station next door and vacuum yourself. These guys SUCK!!"
