"Usually, I use my card at the pump. But lately, I've noticed that the pumps say pay inside. That's very inconvenient. Ounce inside, I decided to pay for another customer's coffee. One of the attendants kept asking if I was paying with cash or card. After answering credit card 3 times. He showed attitude and said that he heard me say cash, that's why he kept asking the same question. I would rather do my transaction at the pump instead of this type of frustration early in the morning."

"Today I stopped by this gas station as usual. After putting gas in my car, I went inside the convenience store to buy a Children’s Tylenol for my daughter and a 6 pack of non-alcoholic beer for myself. As I started walking to the beer cooler, one of the employees yelled and stopped me saying the floor was wet on that area and walked towards me to block me from that section. There was no water or wet floor signs anywhere. Your Rude Employee asked me in a very rude tone “What do you want? And scream at me “No beer no beer”. I explained all I wanted was the non alcoholic beer from that section, he kept saying no and showed me a hand written sign saying no beer from 2-5am. Because of the way your rude employee treated me in general, I felt disrespected and discriminated as a customer. I asked your employee to explain why a gas station couldn’t sell beer from 2-5am in NYC, all he said because the manager said so and asked me why was I the only person making a big deal about beer as if I was an alcoholic. This employee had a hand written name tag almost impossible to read, he said his name was Indio (Luis). After the bad experience at this location I went to a different location nearby and bought the items I needed. I manage a fleet of drivers and we all go to this location. As a regular customer, I expect to be treated at least with respect. Can someone from BP explain to me why do you have employees with such rude behavior working with the public and why this location can not sell non-alcoholic beer from 2am to 5am when other locations do?"

"This Station is the best in the area. Awesome and fast customer service. Employees are always ready to help in any way and give you the best service possible. Also very welcoming to everyone and anyone. Food shop is always well stocked and full of new items and snacks, & can’t forget the bathroom is much cleaner than other Gas Stations in the area."

"I come here all the time. The customer service is usually stellar. Today one bald old man behind the counter lied and stated that the lottery machine was down. I come back five minutes later and he is printing lottery tickets for another customer. Be mindful when you come here if it is semi busy and that lazy AARP member is working, a simple lottery ticket purchase will turn into an hour wait."

"This place is always busy! They have a self car wash station that is very helpful. Staff is great."
