"Keep in mind that “free towels” means at max two 12” X 12” towels. I thought I could rely on this claim and had to leave with a semi-dry car…water spots all over it after the effort of a self-wash. Last time I was here, there were at least 2 machines not working fully. I didn’t waste money trying one of those again. It wasn’t busy at all, so I was able to take one of the bays I knew was good."

"This place is horrible Took my Maserati car and paid for the most expensive wash and my car came out with a hole in the tire and flat tire. It came out riding on the rim. The employee informed me that it happened inside the wash and he would let the owner know. The owner said that he was not responsible for the damage and was not willing to pick up the cost. My tire cost over $400. Owners attitude was very mean. I would never return there again."

"I’ve been looking for a place that has a power wash for self serve washing and this was perfect. I spent a solid hour in one of their pods. Took my time. No one bothered me. It wasn’t packed at all - I went on a workday around 2pm as I wanted to remove some plasti-dip off my rims. It’s an open space. Just be sure to bring your own soap and whatever else you need. They provide a power wash and one of those brooms to brush your tires. I did also use the actual car wash at the end and it wasn’t that good to be honest. My review is only for their self service. Do it yourself. Make a day of it. Spend some time with your car. Appreciate it."

"I got the volcano full service ($30) and they didn’t clean the tires and forgot to put the tire shiner on one of the tires. They said tire clean is not included while their menu says so. Later the guy wiped the tires but it didn’t do any favor. Plus they just told me where tire shiner is and made me apply it on my own… Very ridiculous and disappointing. I was going to get the monthly membership… but sorry I’m not ever going back. Edit: Then get rid of tire cleans on the menu, since you’re saying it’s not included. Every other car wash I’ve been to makes the rims clean. If you’re the owner, go to the other car wash business and see how they clean. Also think about how you would feel if you pay $30 for this kind of service. Thanks."
