"Title: Poor Service and Refusal to Provide Refund at Shell Review: I recently had a highly disappointing experience with a Shell employee that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite seeking assistance, the employee failed to provide any help and went as far as refusing to refund my money. Upon entering the Shell station, I approached the employee with a genuine concern and asked for their assistance. However, their lack of willingness to help was evident from the very beginning. They seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my inquiries, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for a product or service I was dissatisfied with, the employee flat-out refused. Their unwillingness to rectify the situation and offer a fair resolution was truly disappointing. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with respect and have concerns addressed in a satisfactory manner. Unfortunately, this Shell employee failed to meet these basic expectations. I understand that issues can arise, and mistakes can happen, but it is the responsibility of the employees to handle such situations professionally and with empathy. Regrettably, this employee fell short of meeting these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of the Shell brand. Overall, my experience with this Shell employee was extremely unsatisfactory. Their lack of assistance and refusal to provide a refund has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is my hope that Shell takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their employees are properly trained to prioritize customer service and handle customer concerns effectively."
"All of the terminals are rigged. Tried using the fuel reward system and it erased whatever discount I was supposed to receive. I want to cancel my order for the pump because you're automatically turned into credit. Want to speak to the teller he told me it was the same price, there was a five to ten cents. Went to the countertop to pay for debit, when I went to use the pump the price increased - went to credit. I could have had twenty-five cents off the the gallon. All the worker could say was I'm new here."
"1. They are running a tow truck scam. 2. This business does not have their business license posted according to state guidelines 3.The workers on staff today refused to provide the details for the manager or the owner for the business. 4. This business is not ADA compliant. Normally, we visit the deli across the street and then either purchase gas afterwards, fill up the tires or purchase something to drink. We never leave the vehicle unattended, meaning I am always in the car in case it needs to me moved in the event someone else needs the spot. The scam is not in that they have a tow truck essentially on call, the scam is that they do not follow the law in their procedures for towing. Β§ 19-169.1 section D clearly states that a vehicle may not be removed if occupied by a person, yet the driver for ShowTime Recovery hooked me right up to his truck while I was sitting in the vehicle. My Husband confronted the driver and told him I was sitting it in the car. I even poked my head out while still sitting in the seat of the car and they guy had the audacity to declare that he was "already hooked and knew his rights". He became aggressive and yes he was met with the same aggression when he was informed that we too know our rights and the law. Eventually, he unhooked as there was now a crowd developing as all three of us were yelling. The fact that he attempted to collect the standard fee, even though he was illegally towing a vehicle is just disgusting. Business have a duty to conduct business is a responsible manner in the communities in which they serve. This Shell is failing miserably. When I entered the store, instead of offering an apology I was met with resistance upon requesting information for the business. I also noticed and have video proof that they do not have their business license posted as the law states. The bathroom is not ADA compliant and very often disgusting. Hopefully you do not have to fall victim to this place, just don't shop here. They should be shut down and replaced with actual members of the community who aren't here to just to make a profit."
"Aside from competitive prices, this location is very convenient for cars. There is more than enough space to drive in and not have to wait long to fill up. One of the best gas stations in the city. Allows you to get in and get out......"
