"This place needs to be shut down for defrauding customers! Paid for the parking with SpotHero which included a oversized vehicle fee of $10. We show up with a 1500 truck and they say they don’t know about the reservation and said they need $10 for the oversized fee. I then show him the receipt that it was paid he then switches up and says he needs another $10 for SUPER OVERSIZED FEE. We ask how all the sudden the truck is “super oversized” and literally could not show us anything or even explain he just shrugged and said it’s super oversized now. We all knew what was going on and that they were trying to pocket extra cash on no basis so we left and called SpotHero for a refund and to report their malicious business practices."

"I purchased this car last week. And went to pick up my wife and have dinner in the area. I parked here for about an hour and noticed this happened to the car. I tried calling to tell them what happened and no answer. Additionally, the employees were extremely unprofessional, rude and literally were only worried about the payment. I was charged $35 for one hour because apparently my car is oversized(not a concerned I rather my car be safe) and the business can’t lose money according to the employees while sarcastically laughing with the other employees. I will do my best to report this to the Better Business Bureau for their practices that are not in good faith."

"Worst parking experience. I wish I can leave ZERO stars review. Paid ahead with Spothero we already pre-paid for $50 and they overcharged additional $100 CASH!! for two vans we had to park for a Saturday theater event next door. Worst is not even the word for this place. Very rude. Since we were close to the time of start of our event, we had to pay additional cash. I am trying to leave a negative review through Spothero, however their website does not let me do it. Don't even bother with this place even if it is the only place on earth. Terrible experience. Don't even dare to try this place."

"If I could give them no stars I would. Went yesterday for a concert at the United Palace and decided to park there. Waited over an hour just to get in. Sign outside clearly said $35 but the short rude Dominican man decided to charge us $60. When I told them to give me the extra money I payed back he said he charged me $60 because the lot was full (he never even said that first of all) if the lot were full why would they tell us we can still park there!!! He even tried to charge the people that had already purchased pre-paid parking! RIDICULOUS!! Overall horrible people, very rude and unprofessional. Definetly won’t be parking there ever again."

"They eat and drink in your car, you would find food debris and would find instruments with coffee stains. Found multiple scratches on both sides of my car. They would maneuver your car like a it's a piece of junk and all of this with impunity. Do not park here, not even for a moment and if you do do it at own risk."
