"This is one of the worst places to park your car. I was charged 370$ to park my car for month at this place. I agreed to pay the price because my options were limited and streets of nyc are very unpredictable. However, the service at the place did not match the 370$ at all. 1) The customer service was atrocious. Every time I arrived to pick up my car, the workers always complained or had a terrible attitude. It was as if they were being bothered. One time, one of the workers directly asked me for a tip for bringing my car out after paying 370$ for a month. 2) They have a cell phone number for the customer to call ahead of time to pick up their cars. I called this number and no one picked up on numerous occasions. 3) There were about 4 separate days where I would pick up my car and the interior would possess a foul odor in the interior of the car. One time the smell was so horrific that I had to get the the car detailed and cleaned at a car wash. 4) At the time of writing, I have a brand new car Toyota Rav 4 2023. I have had the car for only a matter of 4-5 months. On January 15th 2024, I went to pick up my car to attend the gym. My car did not start. It is very uncanny for a brand new Toyota car to all of the sudden seize to start, especially after having only 3,000 miles. I asked them what happened and they all shrugged their shoulders and said they did not know. It's very odd and suspicious. After jump starting the car, the check engine light came on and all of the sensors seemed to not be working. If you're reading this before parking your car this place, avoid it. This will be one of the worst decisions you will make. If you truly appreciate your car and want your car to be in the best condition possible, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!"

"I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business, they have a price menus but whoever is there when the time to pick up your car always have a different price. The customer serve sucks big time, it seem like you are bothering the employees. They always have something to say or complain about."

"My daughter used this "secure parking garage" and it was an HORRIBLE experience. She is not from the area. She was visiting family. She left her car there for 2 1/2 days and when she returned she found her passenger side mirror broke on her car. The person working could not explain what happened. He called the owner and he told her to come back in morning. Now my daughter is deaf and just purchased her first car. The owner did meet her the next morning but treated very poorly. Used her car to drive around to find the "new" mirror for her door. Would not buy a new one but took her to 4 different junk yards to find the right glass. If I was there with her this would of not happened this way. You don't own a business and treat people like that. He had a very bad attitude with her and treated her like she didn't need her car fixed correctly. He even tried getting her to get a different mirror but she refused. This was not her FAULT but yet he treated her like it was and she was just a hassle for him to deal with. He should be GRATEFUL that she reacted the way she did because it could of been a lot worse.I do not recommend this place to no one!!"
