"I had a terrible experience today with GEICO Auto insurance. Warning: be very careful with them . We have had our vehicles insured with them for over 20 years, but things change! I am in auto pay. I received a letter stating my payment was processed on the due date ,as usual. I was searching my checking account and saw the payment was NOT extracted. I spent almost 5 hours trying to find out what happened . In doing so, I found out my policy was cancelled on July 21 w/o any notice received!!! There was no one to speak to except a robot. I went to X to make contact with an agent. No one returned my messages . This is a totally disgraceful stunt. I can not believe a trusted company like this could fall so low. Now we can't drive anywhere until I can reach someone,if they decide to respond. They like taking your money but their customer service is beyond terrible."
"You arrive at this business and if you don't eat the hamburger in 30 minutes and you don't leave the parking lot, the tow truck will take you and you have to pay 300 dollars to remove it."
