"Terrible service. I’ve been coming to Primo for quite a long time, my father recommended him back on 2014. The service I received was below anyones expectations. For example: the person cleaning locked the car with the keys inside. I always leave the keys on the dashboard while it’s being clean since I had issues before where they needed to clean inside. Long story short, I had to pay $50 to get the keys back and el primo still charged me $20 for an error one of his workers caused. A $35 car wash turned out to be $70 and the car was not even cleaned correctly. Do yourself a favor and keep your keys with you at all times and avoid any extra charges."
