"My car went in the garage on 4/23/24 tuedsday around 4:39 pm, my dad went to pick up my car Thursday around 10:35 or so when he saw my car it had a dent on passenger side back door, he asked what happened and told him it wasnt inside the garage and told my dad that they didnt move my car after it got parked and promised him that it was parked. My phone lets me know when my car turns on and had a camera that alerted me when it got moved more then 2 times. But i have pictures before it got moved to the garage that day no signs of dent before going inside the garage. How are we dealing with this? My car was parked outside without no dent for 3 months and all of a sudden it has a dent. Someone communicate with me of what next step is. Ya want proof i got the pictures of before it went in without a dent show me time stamps of my car moved more then 2 times inside the garage one of ya dented my car and i need proof of ya saying it didnt happened inside the garage"

"Purchased on Spot hero app and entered my car info and it said no oversize fee would be charged. The listing also said crossovers are not assessed an oversize fee. When I go to pay and show my code to the attendent he informs me that I have to pay an oversize fee. It's a scam to get you into the garage at a lower price to then charge you extra once you come get your car. I will never use this garage again."

"They destroyed tbe painting of my brand new corvette door. They said they would send me funds to repair it. I have correspondances with Frank Arias their manager of operations and it has been over a month ans now he is ignoring my calls."

"Worst parking garage ever. I feel more comfortable parking my vehicle in the street. Attendants will damage your vehicle and make you think you’re the crazy one. They drink alcohol on site and are careless with your property."
