"I love parking at Edison on 10th Ave ny ny because the staff is amazing and kind, such hard workers especially Marshall, he seems to be there working every time I go and remembers me too! I park here every time I come to see my grandson and always feel welcomed."

The staff there is polite and hard working; they go out of their way to provide great customer service and do a wonderful job of taking care of my car. "Do not give these people your business. They are clueless and just don’t do their job well. This is what happened: I booked a one month reservation through spot hero and dropped the car off. They ask me when I plan to return and I tell them in 2 days. I come back 2 days later and the valet is hounding me about email verification through Edison park fast, which can only be done through scanning a QR code that the garage provides. After making me wait a half hour, the guy hands me my keys with the QR rubber banded to them. So I scan that QR code and then get the email verification. The valet somehow didn’t understand that he had to supply me with the QR code and thought it made more sense to just interrogate me about for 30 minutes. Not only that, but they broke my drivers door handle when parking between the steel columns. Unfortunately I didn’t see the damage til I had already left. This parking garage is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The valet was this guy Marshall but I’m not sure if he’s the one who messed up my car."

When we asked for his name and supervisor he told us his name is Lenny and refused to give his supervisors name . Will not come again, very disgusting and Racist."
