"So I’ve been parking My car there for the last year and nothing really happens to my vehicle. I pay a monthly payment of $200 for my vehicle with no problem been doing that for the last year. today I go down to do some errands and there is a huge scratch on my vehicle I asked the gentleman that was there to speak to his manager or to have the managers number he says they cannot give me the managers number or anyone to speak to me about the situation. I don’t feel like this is fair I trust this parking lot with my vehicle."

"I used this car park on 11-25-14 at 736pm. When I returned at 2am I went to pay the $7.00 parking fee for my Subaru Crosstrek with a $20.00 bill. The attendant refused to give me my $13.00 changes because he argued that the car had been there since 7 AM (which would still only have been a $12.00 charge had that been true, not $20.00) despite the fact that the dropoff ticket said PM. After several minutes of arguing he finally relented and gave $10.00 as change. When I asked for the remaining $3.00 he argued that my Subaru was a VAN and subject to the higher rate! I got sick of arguing and left! NEVER PARK HERE. THE STREET IS A BETTER OPTION!"
