"I would give it zero if I could. Due to alternate side parking and many schools parking in the area is hard to find. This is a self park lot and they price gouge you. I paid for my parking at their Laz parking website for a discounted rate. The attendant got snippy with me and did not want to honor my prepaid price. I called the number on the receipt and they said my pass was good-so sorry, of course it should be honored-whatever. Cannot make up for the rudeness! I would pay a parking ticket not to park here again. And the stairway as another review stated was disgusting and smelled like urine."

"This parking garage is $14.00 for the first hour. Anything over that goes to $19.00. The stairways smell like urine. The owner is a nasty old man who takes cash only. Park across the street it's only $20 all day and staff is friendly."
