"My name is julia garcia, i am 17 years old. i got to exon at around 6 am today. a white male with an accent came to attend me and i greeted the man and got no response and yelled “what” at me when i said fill it up regular. he then took my card and proceeded to insert the pump, however the pump kept stopping. he then screamed at me to move up keeping in mind my window was still down and he was abt 5 feet away from me. he finally got the pump to work n walks away but it stopped moments after. however it stopped shortly after and i honked my horn so he would come back. my tank only filled up with one gallon when i clearly said to fill it up. he took the pump out and gave my card back and i told him i said fill it up. he blatantly ignores me and walks away. the fact that this man has the audacity to speak to a child this way is absolutely disgusting. i was horrified and embarrassed. i would appreciate if the owner / manager would reach out to me."
