"I went in for a car wash and oil change. There were no signs stating that I needed to get an oil change first, there were chains across the entrance to the oil change, and I found out AFTER I was in line for the car wash and couldn’t back up out of the line for an oil change. So I had to pay for both the oil change AND the car wash that was included with the oil change. They wouldn’t offer a refund or even to take the car wash off the total of the oil change. There are no signs saying you need to do one first and then the other. And the car wash wasn’t even that good, there was still bird poo and blackberry stuff left behind."
