"Poor customer service. I have a monthly membership, used to love the service. Had a very poor customer service experience, which involved employees betting their moms lives I didn't pay a price I then show receipt proof of paying for. After an additional argument with the manager, I've decided to stop my patronage of their establishment. If you want a good car wash, this spot gives them. But don't have any issues, otherwise you have to deal with terrible customer service to the point of canceling memberships."

"I really liked the service of the window cleaning lady, she is very friendly and always has a smile every time I go to wash my car. They never leave the vaccium clean for me and she has always had to finish cleaning it in my house, but the windows are excellent service."

"This was the worst car wash I have ever been to. After washing my car at this car wash I got one big scratch and a few small scratches on the driver side. First of all the car was not wash good. Spoke to one of the staff telling her I went to another car wash and they did a good job washing my car. She asked me how much I made for my car wash at the other place. I told her $50 and it was more money. She told me that you pay for what you get since this car wash was cheaper. It's not worth it having your car scratched with poor service. Also, Spoke with the Manager, he apologize but he did not care and completely denied it was from his car wash. Told him about the few spots that did not wash good and he did nothing about it."

"It's reasonably priced for the value. The monthly plan is solid. I appreciate the automated cleaning process—it's efficient. The human cleaners are thorough and speedy. Plus, the service is friendly. They have personal vacuums at a good price too, $1 for 4 minutes. I wouldn’t anything past the Gold package, having gotten the higher packages (it’s not worth it). Overall, they deliver a decent job."

"I found the $40 car cleaning service to be subpar; I believe I could have received better service for a lower cost elsewhere. The attention to detail was lacking, and during my inspection, I felt uncomfortable when the attendant banged on my window. This was my first and last experience with these services."
