"I never take the time to leave a review but this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had, ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that took 20 minutes to get made and when I finally got it it wasn’t even cut all the way through making all the lettuce fall out and only half of the wrap had chicken. Spend your money somewhere else."

"My experience at this quick check was disappointing, to say the least. Upon arrival, I found myself waiting in line for an excessive amount of time while the lone sales clerk attended to just two customers ahead of me, which took a staggering 10 minutes. Adding to the frustration, the third customer ahead of me won $200.00 in the lottery but was informed by the clerk that the payout required supervisor assistance, resulting in an additional 24-minute wait as the clerk left the front unattended to retrieve the supervisor. This delay caused the line to grow longer, with several customers losing patience and leaving. Furthermore, when the clerk finally returned with the supervisor and the customer received their winnings, the subsequent request to purchase another lottery ticket was met with refusal due to the clerk using another employee's computer. This led to further delays and frustration, with an additional 30-minute wait before the customer could make their purchase. By the time it was my turn, over 8 customers had already given up and left. Despite the availability of self-checkout machines, some were out of order, exacerbating the wait times. The overall service was lacking, with visibly overwhelmed and overworked associates displaying sluggishness and frustration. Even after finally being attended to, my experience continued to disappoint. A simple breakfast order from the back area resulted in another lengthy wait at the front to pay, followed by errors in the order including missing items and incorrect cheese. The lack of customer focus, staffing issues, and repeated mistakes in orders are unacceptable for a business that prides itself on convenience and efficiency. Unless significant improvements are made in customer service, staffing levels, employee training, and order accuracy, I will not be returning to this establishment. I strongly advise against visiting this location, as it is not worth the time, effort, money, or frustration. I give this place 1 star."

"Surprised to see all these bad reviews! I always go at night time, Danny with the beard is a wonderful customer service rep, and the older asian guy made me a delicious jalepeno cheesesteak. Plenty of meat and he made sure he put some extra onions because I asked. Every time I go the kitchen area looks extremely clean. The sandwiches are so good, and the bacon cheese fries are literally amazing too. The soda machines are always well maintained and my diet Dr Pepper always tastes full of flavor. In my experience, this is a great location. I think they just treat A-Holes as they should be treated. Just don’t be an A-Hole!"

"Relatively new store, having opened June 26,2018. Quick Chek has dubbed this as a "New Concept" high tech convenience store and gas station. I can see why. There's lots of great features. A nice hot Food service serving hot and cold sandwiches and more. A seating area with charging stations, tons of coffee choices, soup station with six choices, bakery and quick grab sandwich stations. Of course they also have a bunch of candy, snacks and light grocery items. Additionally they have free wifi, two outdoor picnic tables, ATM, self serve lottery machine and super clean restrooms. There are also 4 self check out registers. Outside there's 5 easy access gas pump islands with very competitive pricing. (Note my photo showing low gas prices back in June 2018) There's also two air/vacuum stations. Air is free and the vacuum is $1.00 for 4 minutes. It has a good location next door to Boston Market on busy Hackensack Avenue, close to the FDU campus and Bergen County Academies so I suspect it seems to be successful. (BTW, this is the first time I've rated a convenience store/gas station 5 stars.)"

"I like this store very much I’m very happy it is open. I not only get gas here but I get coffee here. I get food here. I get chips here. I get ice cream here. I got a 32 ounce fountain soda for $1. Awesome! Oh I forgot to mention, the store is open 24 hours. That makes me very happy. Some of the staff could use improvement but I’m sure it’s their first job ever, And some stuff I can only imagine our college students. I am very happy to give this store my business. I came hear tonight and got two sandwiches because it was late and I was tired. Very happy. Keep up the good work."
