"The most expensive and worst Carwash in all Bergenfield. Not worth the $20 plus $3 to clean carpets on top of credit card fees. There are better Carwash who do a better job for a lot less."

"The wash itself was decent for the price but customer service is severely lacking. I paid for a VIP wash which includes a free tree air freshener. When I paid for my wash, this was never brought up so of course I completely forgot. The cashier knew what tier wash I paid for, not sure why she wouldn't remind me about the air freshener. They're literally $1. You're ruining your credibility over a buck. Also, I was watching the employees clean my cars interior and I witnessed a female employee digging through paperwork that I had in my center console. She only stopped when she turned around and saw me watching her. For some reason they also removed the screen protector on my 2022 Durango UConnect screen that has been on for 2 years. Not sure why they did this but it will cost me $20 to buy a new one. I wouldn't come here again and I don't recommend anyone else come here if they care about their vehicle."

"They Want to charge for premium services but they fail to even meet basic ones. I don’t mind paying for premium as long as the results show it. I paid for their premium silver flex service and they left my wife’s car like I paid for their basic wash. The only effort they put is at the entrance where they try to make you buy their VIP service."

"I came here yesterday for a basic interior/exterior cleaning but the guy checking people in told me to get the top interior clean, so I did. My car was still so dirty on the inside when returned to me. An absolute waste of money. Will never come here again."

"Gold VIP it’s not. I’ll have to wash the interior myself again since I’ve just got the car, brought it to the wash and was told that with this package it’s gonna look like new. It’s a decent wash, but not any different from any other package. The windshield is stainy and the compartments / cup holders weren’t cleaned. Don’t give false promises, evaluate the car first and if needed- upsale an interior detail."
