I originally reserved a 10x30 ft. unit online and upon check in the next day Antonio advised me about its smaller than standard door size (negotiating furniture through it would be challenging) and helped me swap it out for a 10x25 ft. unit with a standard door size which met my needs. He was very helpful in showing available unit options and in communicating the rental conditions."
