"don't pay with credit card at the self-serve bays! i used one for less than 5 minutes and found my credit card got charged $22.01. Not sure how to reply to your reply, but I DID push stop twice. I wonder if maybe the problem came from the fact that I first swiped several times in the other bay but it didn't seem to work... after "authorizing" it just went to "stop". So then I switched to the other bay and it worked. But if that's the explanation then I'm confused why I got one charge for $22 and not four smaller charges. Anyway I'll come by tomorrow to discuss and will update review based on outcome."

"Got lost and made a wrong turn off the highway and pulled in their driveway by mistake. I couldn't believe there was a car wash open in such cold weather! My poor FL car was filthy from snow, and road salt, so I decided to get my bearings, reset my GPS, and get a car wash. Turned out to be a good decision. Friendly staff and despite the long line of cars I received a great car wash and was on the road again in about 20 mins. Highly recommend."

"Used the self-service wash a couple of times in the past, no complaints. Recently, they only take cash ("they're fixing this issue" for months now), the brushes are filthy and need to be replaced, and management seems to think that addressing these concerns by replying to comments here that they are "on it" and actually doing nothing is the way to go. Cheap, not able to provide the service they advertise. Save yourself time, money, and energy and go elsewhere."

"Shame I have to leave such a low star rating, cause the auto wash guys do great - but the self wash stations are horrendous. I've wasted my own time and money now on several occasions coming here. It used to be great a few years back, however - now it's something else. First of all, the high pressure soap hasn't worked in over a year. So you have to use the low pressure option which basically trickles water out, walk around your car slowly and make sure it's covered in suds. This costs you more time and money at a place like this, and I feel it is deliberately disabled for this reason. 2nd, the arguably most important option of the wash - the spotless rinse, has also not been working for the past year. That means, unless you hand dry your entire car immediately after washing you are going to have water spots all over within 20 minutes. Either that, or now you need to use the forced air option to dry your car, which again costs you more time and money and does not even get the water spots out. So whats the point. Now let me be clear, I used to frequent this place much more when everything was working. I didn't complain about cost then. But the machines have gone up in price and you get less options, which happen to be two very important ones. Also last time i was there, i was waiting in line for awhile because everything takes so long now due to the broken options - just to pull into the bay and see the machines are only taking cash. Just be aware. Fix your two wash options and I'd be happy to recommend this place to people again."

"Sucks, horrible, the worse place to self wash your car don’t go the only thing good about this place. It’s just a power wash because the three foam color is low and weak and do not even think about using the vacuum because it’s trash trash. There’s no bathroom in this place there’s no ATM and there’s no customer service I do not recommend this place at all."
