"Terrible place that can’t even wash a car. $40 for “Diamond” which left the car filthy. This is by far the worst car wash I’ve been to. People drying cars never changed their rags this wiping salt all over my car."

"In short: **Do not go here**. I brought my car in for a basic exterior cleaning. It should have been a total of $14, but will now cost hundreds in repairs. Your car will be damaged and they'll deny any of it being their fault and will refuse to reimburse you for any damages caused by their machine, or *themselves*. I now have to bring them to Ossining small claims court in hopes of seeing any reimbursement for the damages caused. Full story: While going through the wash my wife and I noticed the machine felt **extremely harsh** on the car. When out of the wash, three workers quickly went to our car, with two spending an inordinate amount of time wiping the driver and passenger side. The third went to the back of the car and within seconds we heard a lot of banging on the passenger side by the trunk.. We thought that was unusual. I tried to get out of the car to check, and one of the cleaners went back and started wiping my window. I told them to move as the banging continued and checked what was happening. One of the employees was frantically trying to re-seat my bumper on the side of the car by pulling, pushing and forcefully punching it, but he had it aligned completely wrong, so it wasn't setting in and was damaging the bumper even more. In an attempt to smooth things over he tried duct-taping it. I asked for the manager to come over. The name he gave was 'Berra' and he's the one with the unfiltered face in one of the pictures. I asked him to simply refund the $14 I spent here, to which he replied he had no access to the cash register, and I had to come back in a couple of days for the owner("Kevin") to arrive and refund me. This is a business that takes cash and card, and this guy told me he had no access to any cash to refund my purchase. Instead, he looked at the bumper, said it's 'just out of alignment' and that my bumper was 'already like that'(NOTE: This issue was on the rear passenger side and not once did he see that side before this happened), and him and one of the workers proceeded to **pull my bumper off it's hinges**, completely shattering the bumper casing that was screwed in and holding the rest bumper to the wheel well (picture included here). They then started pounding the bumper back on before I told them to stop. The rear of the bumper was completely misaligned (pics included of the full trunk). I ended up out $14, now with a completely cracked bumper, duct-taped, and rattling in the wind, and likely a several hundred dollar repair bill. In this whole ordeal I didn't ask them to try and fix any part of my car after their machine popped my bumper. I simply asked them to reimburse me the $14 I spent and I'd go on with my day so I can resolve this myself. Instead they turned what could have been a small annoyance into an endless stream of lies and a several hundred dollar problem for my family. All while denying any responsibility and claiming that my bumper was already broken and falling off before the car wash. If you read this far, hopefully it's clear you should stay far away from this place."
