"Schedulers seem to be intentionally overbooking doctors' in-office days. Had 3 appointments over the last few months, and was seen between 1 and 2 hours after scheduled appointment time for each one. Also, unless you're fairly confident something is genuinely torn/broken, skip the visit(s) and just start physical therapy; their primary concern is surgical treatment/care, and they seem to offer little else in terms of treatment."
"Dr. Arner was top notch as a surgeon and with being the definition of an advocate for me as his patient. He not only fixed my hip after tearing my labrum but also recruited Dr. Zuckerbraun, who was equally as awesome with patient care and patient advocacy to fix an abdominal tear. Anyone who gets referred to these two and their staff are in super secure hands. All the nurses, PAs and registration people were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. 10 stars out of 5!"
"Dr. Arner was the first doctor to listen to me about what was going on with my knee. I ended up needing two surgeries on it and he was fantastic through the entire process. He actually listened to what I was saying and talked to me about all of my options. He called me prior to my surgeries to make sure I was ok and to see if I had any questions. He is truly invested in his patients and their recovery. I would recommend him to anyone."
"I am one day completed with a complex achilles tear. Dr. Arner has been nothing short of amazingly impressive and personal. Not sure of the standard, but he called me the day before to see if I was okay and ready, he answered every question I had and is patient (including the day of surgery). Surgery was complex and I can already tell he did a great job and the way I have been treated along the way is top notch. The evening following my surgery, he called me on what seemed to be on his way home to make sure I was ok. I've been nothing but impressed and hopefully it doesn't happen but if I ever have another surgery needed on something else, he is who I am going to."
"Dr. Bradley answered all my questions. He was to the point. Surgery was scheduled quickly. My shoulder was worse than imaging showed and he took care of everything... it healed wonderfully. I am so grateful for Dr. Bradley and his staff...they were all great to me! Friendly, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend."
