Also canoe available for rent if you don’t bring one - shallow water- good for kids too - also life jacket loan by park rangers if you don’t bring one but have to be there early —"

"This place is beautiful. The campground sucks and creates a massive degradation to the surrounding area. Sound, litter, and graffiti are all issues that the campground forces onto its neighbors. It is sad that a place so serene is abused this way."

"Been here several times. They do guided rafting and you can rent toobs here. Look up their websites for rafting, private companies. We bring our own toobs and go on our own. There are rangers here at the parking lot, so hide your booz. Parking is free, until the lot gets filled. The overflow lot parking is $5.00 per day, private land. There are really no directions or instructions. The place you want to be is take the short trail to the skinners rocks. That's where everyone hangs out. Keep it clean, keep it nice. Everyone has a great time. Expect to see a diversity of race and people of all ages and pets. It really is a rare gem of a spot for free fun and to cool off on a great Summer day. If you swim in the river, you're on your own. The current in the middle can be strong. Use good judgement and don't ruin it for everyone else! Can't wait to go back again! See you there soon!!"
