"I made an appointment to get my nails fixed. She did the acrylic uneven. She cut them down without asking. It was just horrible. She couldn’t even do a Fix or a fill-in. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this place."

"i’ve been going to this nail salon for months now. i’ve now had multiple issues but today was the last day i will ever. i’m not one to complain and i usually don’t have issues at nail salons but they do not listen to anything you say. i would ask for dip powder and they would do gel. but the last time i went (about 1 month ago) i got acrylic tips with gel nail polish. today i went back because i could not get the tips off for the life of me. i was sitting there crying as she ripped off my nails 1 by 1. she even ripped off a layer of my natural nail which is now bleeding and i’m scared it’s going to get an infection. if your looking for a new nail salon, this is not the one"
"the lady did not know what she was doing or was still learning i guess and did not understand what i wanted and completely ignored it. she then got mad when i said it’s not what i wanted. my whole nail isn’t even covered with polish and was 50+ dollars. absolutely not. don’t go here :("
"My first and last time here! Arrived at 10am for my 10am appt for a mani/pedi. Didn’t really even great me told me to “have a seat” . I ended up waiting till almost 11am till they called me back , the nail tech who did my nails was obviously called in at the last minute and VERY UNHAPPY ! I don’t know what her deal was , but she absolutely took it out on me. Overall it was just not an enjoyable experience, felt very rushed and negative vibes. We had just moved to the area so I was looking for a good salon and this unfortunately wasn’t it …"
