"Why would anyone recommend going to a salon that is NOT registered as a community commerce center? This salon is NOT recognized by the Better Business Bureau, despite the name change aka (D.I.E.M). So, If you like having healthy hair I'd recommend you seek elsewhere for ALL your hair needs and or wants. This salon had completely damaged my hair. It has been years since I've been able to look in the mirror and recognize myself. Very upsetting considering I had gone to this salon for years and trusted, Douglas Martucci, whom I had considered a very close friend - FOR YEARS-, BUT I had MISTAKEN--- no person should ever experience what I have----YEARS of embarrassment- I wore a wig for several months bc of the EXTREME DAMAGES caused from this salons care and concern. Although I've had such a terrible experience here: I STRONGLY feel that it's imperative that I share my experience here: It's been a lesson learned and feel that it is my responsibility to advise others before they enter the salon at their own risk."

"Amazing experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by the entire staff and Doug in particular was super nice and welcoming. Throughout the entire appointment he was attentive and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with the results. Doug is extremely skilled in his craft and I can tell he has true passion for what he does. Blonde hair can be tricky but I got the exact look I was going for and will definitely be returning in the future!"

My hair was saved from disaster, I had multi colored hair that needed to be corrected, my hair was ruined, I thought I was going to have to cut it all, but he managed to remove the color and heal my really damaged hair!! Now I have a beautiful copper toned hair color that looks and feels amazing. He is also an educator and gave me so many tips and tricks to keeping my hair staying healthy.
