"I will never walk into this place again. Let’s just say my experience was exquisitely terrible! I walked in hoping to get a gel fill and a gel pedicure. They were able to take me right away. With that being said, I was getting a pedicure and couldn’t help but notice the woman next to me with several black fungus filled toe nails. Her nail tech and mine were going back and forth sharing tools. I felt like I was put in a very uncomfortable situation and didn’t want to hurt the feelings of the woman sitting next to me. I’m praying that whatever she had going on doesn’t spread to my feet. None of this should surprise me as the place was absolutely filthy. Not to mention that nothing about my experience was relaxing like I had hoped. Unfortunately I was stuck listening to a screaming, non-disciplined child of one of the employees the entire time. I ended up walking out and not getting either service I walked in for. In fact, I went to another nail salon. If I get a fungus, I’ll be reporting this place to NYS."
"This was my first visit and definitely not my last. The establishment is very clean and organized. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and was told to go directly to station #6. Michelle greeted me and escorted me to her station. She was amazing, thorough, efficient and very polite. If you haven’t already been to Hampton’s Exquisite Nails please do yourself a favor and check it out."
