"It was good but the workers are really not helping that much and just talk to each other and like in a circle just talking and look at products. Also they didn’t carry elf but that wasn’t a big deal but they did take a long time when I asked if they could find my best friends shade like 20minutes"
"I’ve came in-person twice since this store has opened (color matching and fragrance testing). Both times I was helped by a wonderful employee named Ray, very knowledgeable and nice. Although I cannot speak on the other employees, she’s always the first to come up and ask if you need help and sticks by you until all your questions are answered. Appreciate the great customer service from Ray!"

"rude sephora employee. Walked up to a employee asking if they had anymore of ‘Summer Fridays Brown Sugar Lip Balm’ (which wasn’t on the shelf even though it was in stock) and she made eye contact with me and walked away completely ignoring me. Mind you she wasn’t even helping any customers. SMH"
"Came here at 7:20 and the doors were locked. I rushed to get to the store before 8 how annoying. There were 2 workers in the store and they just looked at me and continued what they were doing. On the side window it clearly states it closes at 8 everyday but Sunday I also checked online and it also said 8. Very inconvenient when the wrong hours are posted"
