"THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD! I called ahead to ask if they had time for an acrylic pedicure. They said yes even though they closed an hour prior. The lady doing my service made 2 of my toes bleed and was EXTREMELY ROUGH making the service very uncomfortable. Multiple employees had to come over to help her. I knew they were about to close in 20 mins so I asked the employee could she just start on my pedicure cause she didn’t even start the water yet. She ignored me and went to the back for 10 mins. I thought she went to go get supplies for my pedicure but instead she came back empty headed then walked to the cashier and said I needed to pay for my services cause they were getting ready to close the cashier. I told her I rather pay for the service when it was finished. She harassed me until I gave her my card. She came back to finish the top coat. And said I would need to come back another day to get my pedicure (because all they did was give me a color change) I asked the manager could I have my money back from the pedicure and just be charged for a color change because I had a flight back home the first thing in the morning. The manager told me he had to go home and couldn’t give me back my money. I’ve never experienced anything like this. BUT PLEASE DONT LET THEM RIP YOU OFF. It is so upsetting the way they treated me. And three days later my acrylic toenail has came off."
"I do not recommend visiting this place during Mrs. Lee's pedicure. She tore off the entire nail from my smallest toe. The nail was hanging on one thread and she explained to me that she hadn't done anything wrong and told me that she would make an artificial nail for me. My toe started bleeding and all the employees one by one came and argued with her in Chinese. I was in shock and didn't understand why my nail was torn off, after all, I just came for a regular pedicure."
"I am 9 months pregnant! I came to relax and the lady was rude and took only 15 mins. She rushed the pedicure for no reason. She basically just changed my color. The salon was empty. The only good thing was the message chairs! Horrible PLACE to go relax. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
"I had the most appalling experience at this nail salon recently. I have been a long-time customer and always enjoyed my visits until this incident. My niece and I went in for a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow shaping, but it turned out to be a nightmare. During my niece's eyebrow session, the employee ignored her preferences and insisted on a thicker shape, despite my niece's clear discomfort. When I saw the result, I immediately knew it needed fixing. The employee was visibly upset but eventually redid the eyebrows. As we moved to the pedicure station, I noticed a discrepancy in the service time between my pedicure and my niece's. It seemed like the employee was rushing through her session. Additionally, there was confusion over the type of nail treatment my niece was supposed to receive, leading to more frustration. The real tipping point was when the employee displayed a terrible attitude towards my niece, making condescending remarks and even physically grabbing items from her. The lack of professionalism and disrespect shown towards us was unacceptable. Even when we tried to make payment and give a tip, the employee's rude behavior continued, further solidifying my decision never to return to this salon. I reached out to the management to express my disappointment, but I doubt any action will be taken. Overall, this experience was nothing short of a disaster, and I would advise everyone to steer clear of this salon. The lack of respect and poor service make it a place to avoid at all costs. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about providing good customer service. From trying to convince my niece to keep thick eyebrows, to rushing through her pedicure and nail appointment, it was clear that this salon does not value their customers' satisfaction. The attitude and behavior of the employee were unacceptable and made the entire experience extremely unpleasant."
"poorly done, over priced, ripped off. even if your desperate i wouldn’t recommend going here. the staff were friendly but that simply isn’t enough when you’re paying this much. if they reimburse me and fix my nails i would be fine with the 150$ price tag for an ACRYLIC FILL. I paid 150$ for a basic short fill, i didn’t even want gel polish but i was persuaded into paying 30$ for gel polish, and an extra 30$ for chrome dust that didn’t even work on one hand. my hands look different. my cuticles are filled with chrome dust. THIRTY DOLLARS to rub cheap quality chrome dust on my nails that took about 1 minute in total, and didn’t even work. i would have rather saved 60$ and kept the natural nude acrylic color because this looks tacky. now i have to waste my free time going back to get them fixed, and i doubt they will reimburse me anything as they were not helpful on the phone when i called to discuss this issue. save yourself the frustration and drive to south hampton instead. i will not be recommending this place to friends or clients. what a shame!"
