"Always do the pre-buy and ALWAYS pay my bill. Customer Service is extremely poor, rude, and hang up on you. Called three times for a propane delivery and was told I am not scheduled. Customer Service with Town & Country has gone down hill. I don't know what happened with this company this last year but highly recommend going elsewhere."

"I have been using them. For several years. This year they came for auto fill and then sent bills to OLD address for several months that I did not get of course... Then I get a 6 months LATE notice sent to my correct address. I PAID IT AND LATE FEE AS I WAS NOT GOING TO ARGUE OVER LATE FEE. They cashed that check and then 6 days later just came and picked up my tanks with NO WARNING or COURTESY CALL( they havr my cell phone number on File) I came home from vacation to No propane for stove and GENERATOR(had alot of storms) When I asked office manager if I had ever paid late before, of course the answer was no and then I asked if you did not get paid for 6 months why not a courtesy call and she said I guess we should have..DAH! SHE THEN ASKED IF I WANT THEM TO BRING THEM BACK! R u kidding me!! Will never do business with them again and will tell all I know! Terrible customer service! They waited to get paid and then picked them up with NO WARNING!"
