The hair is over priced, I mean extremely over priced for the quality of the hair or lack thereof The hairstylist to avoid is Nisha she has a terrible attitude, constantly on the phone & acts like she’s doing you, the customer a favor. She does not own up to any error she makes The hairstylist that made this place great have up & left so you are really are rolling the dice when it comes to who can deliver properly."

"Tried a few salons when I moved to Long Island and once I got my hair done by Nisha at Bsha, I knew I had found my new stylist! I love that if she gives you an appointment, you're in the chair getting your hair done, at that time. No waiting because she's still working on someone else's hair. She listens to what you want and executes it perfectly. She has also done my daughter's hair and it was beautiful. I usually get a leave out weave or 2 cornrows. My daughter got a full head with closure. Nisha will never disappoint!!!"

"A friend of mine has this amazing wig and referred me there. My experience was awesome. Ms Deb was wonderful, so helpful and knowledgeable. She brought me to a back room and selected wigs that complemented my face, with my price range. As I had the wigs on ,she explained the origin, structure, wear and care for the unit. As well as her staff who does installations in the rear of the shop. The BEST and ONLY shop on Long Island to purchase quality human hair wigs. Ms. Deb was so nice & made it comfortable environment for my buying experience."

"I didn't get the opportunity to get my hair done. This review is not based on the stylist, it's based on my experience with the shop. I booked a appointment for the 2 bundle deal that was advertised on Instagram. When I arrived to the shop for my appointment. They did not have the type of hair I wanted installed. The guy went to the back several times to try to find hair and each time he came out the hair looked like it was pulled from the trash. It wasn't packaged nice, it didn't look fresh, or of good quality. Not to mention I wanted curly and they brought out a curly frontal with wavy hair smh! How would you advertise something you are not able to fulfill. I wasted 40 minutes there trying to find hair for a appointment that was made 2 days prior. When they finally found hair in the curl pattern I was looking for the hair was too long. Initially she was going to charge me more for the length but eventually agreed to charge the same. However, I wanted a shorter natural look and didn't want my hair to look choppy from being cut. I ended up buying a frontal that looked used and oily but because the lace wasn't cut I bought it. The quality of the hair was terrible and nappy. The frontal had no hairline at all it was a complete mess and waste of 168.00 I was really looking foward to having Anthony do my hair. He is the reason I went there. I wish I had known to just purchased my hair elsewhere and have him install it. My experience wasn't great at BSHA and the lace front was poor quality. I can't use it because it's nappy hair."
