"I have never felt more disgusted with a business than I do with New Babi Nails. After work, I went there for a pedicure and manicure. When I walked in, I was greeted and directed to the pedicure area. During the service, after my manicure was done, one of the technicians asked me to pay. I politely told her that I wouldn’t pay until both my manicure and pedicure were completed. Despite this, the lady doing my pedicure insisted that I pay immediately. I repeated that I would not pay until the service was finished. When I finally went to pay, they demanded a tip. Tips are meant to be voluntary, not demanded. I politely declined to tip because I felt discriminated against."

"I love New Babi! I’ve been coming here for years now and I can’t think of another place to go. The space is clean and the staff is very friendly. There’s a ton of color selections and my nails are always done perfect! The spa pedicure is my favorite and I just love getting a massage while my nails are being done!"

"New Babi Nails is super clean and professional. I have been getting powder gel manicures for over two years now and they always come out great. I get about 3 weeks out of them before I go back and my natural nails are still strong!"

"I have been a customer for many years. Nearly 20. While they sometimes do a good job, it’s never consistent, and the worst part is…. they do not care if you are unhappy because they have enough new customers all of the time. For convenience (I live down the block), I returned, after taking a break for a year because of another poor customer service issue, but this time I am gone for good. I tried to speak to the owner about this, but there is zero care, concern or appreciation for my business, even though I’ve known her all these years. I will gladly drive the extra block to go to a new place from now on. I am so disappointed."
