"I had the best experience the first time I went. The lady who sits in the first chair did my nails and they came out wonderful i figured I would try them again. Today was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. Went for a powder manicure and the guy convinced me to do a pedicure also. Mid way through the powder manicure he had me get up (powder still all over my hands) and get my pedicure. Ok whatever I got over that, mid pedicure he comes over and starts to file my nails (mind you it's not busy am I in no rush) so I kept leaning across my body switching hands so he can file. Completely ruining the whole relaxing part of the pedicure. He then goes to top coat and I asked if that's really how he is top coating. He said yes and I told him no way these need much more filing. First picture is what he was trying to top coat!!! I asked him to use the filing machine to fix them. Last pictures are at home. I can't even believe they are proud to let their customer walk out like this. I will be filing and fixing myself at home. Sadly I will not be returning, I really had high for this place."
