"I was in the area and decided to stop in for a pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment but I was quickly serviced and was finished within an hour. The pedicurist did an exceptional job and was very thorough. However, the pedicure stations were dirty and I did have to ask her to clean it before doing my pedicure. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate, and I did rely on Google translate. The hair salon staff were very loud, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I was impressed and will absolutely give them another try. Prices are reasonable and the speed of service is great."

"I attempted to give this place a shot twice; it had such great reviews and was so close to home. The first time the nail tech and I were unable to understand each other due go language barrier and there was no one to help translate what I wanted. The second time I was given a nail tech that was new to the facility who didn’t know where anything was and was asking where things were located I know it was not their fault but the staff around this nail tech were little to no help. I only did a regular pedicure and a full coffin style acrylic set and the nail tech had to manually file my acrylic set instead of using a drill due to lack of equipment and unfortunately did a horrible job making my nails completely uneven. This whole process took 3 hours!!! I was patient and polite despite not liking my nails at all and the owner was there looking at the job and still didn’t intervene. I would have said something for the $90 + dollars I spent on my nails but I had to catch a flight in less the 4 hours something I didn’t consider was going to take that. Needless to say I will no longer come here due to lack of structure and organization. I am not one to write reviews but I’ve wasted my money twice on something that was not worth it. And I am sorry to the owner because I know a bad review impacts the business. All I’m trying to do is help another person out from a bad experience."

"The nail tech that does my nails is Benjamin. He does a great job, the only issue I have is the scheduling. If you are running behind even a few minutes, you could be waiting a very long time. Also, some of the customers could get a little rude while they are waiting for their services. One last thing is that I wish there was more of a variety of newer trending colors. Overall, I like the way my nails are done usually."
