"The one blonde employee.. Anna or Lanna whatever her name is.. is a B*TCH. Always has the biggest attitude and is rude. Sorry but noone is forcing you to work there. The attitude she gave when i returned my products was unneeded.. as if i would return something used. Not my fault the brand doesnt put a top below the cap on the bottle to prove it was opened. Very uncomfortable. This is why Cosmoprof is the best... because everyone is welcoming and sweet at all times. Never coming back.... ill get moroccan and redken products elsewhere."

"I’ve never had a horrible experience but today I was completely turned off. Usually when someone is rude, you can look past it - they’re probably having a bad day. But watching this “veteran” employee be rude to a new girl training was horrible. The trainee was packing a bag and doing it nicely… the veteran says - you need to learn to do this faster and just throw the stuff in.. then proceeds to throw my $400 order on the counter."

"I like the products they have here but I've had a few negative experiences in a row so I don't want to keep coming here but unfortunately it's the only place that sells goldwell. I had brand new color that was never opened still good that I bought for a client and then before her appointment she said she'd like it a little darker so since it was a couple days after their 30 day return policy I couldn't swap out the can for just another shade of the same exact thing. I understand there are rules they have to follow but it really upset me because I've had that situation before and whoever was working that day allowed me to swap out the color for another shade"

"I had a nice cashier . But when I was asking questions about certain items the other two women at the first register seemed it was comical and started to laugh. It seems as if one was training . When I said I didn’t want an item that they keep behind the register , they started to giggle . If u make fun of a customer atleast wait until they leave . The old staff was more pleasant and helpful .. better off going to another salon centric"
